Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 June 2026
SEND and Beyond Ltd wants this website to be accessible and usable for as many people as possible.
We support families, children, young people, adults, disabled people, neurodivergent people, carers, schools, professionals and organisations. Accessibility is therefore central to the way we want to work.
Our aim
We aim to make this website clear, readable and easy to use. We want visitors to be able to:
-
read the website using clear language;
-
navigate the site on desktop, tablet and mobile;
-
zoom in without the text becoming unreadable;
-
use the site with assistive technology where possible;
-
contact us if they need information in another format.
Accessibility standard
We aim to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 AA standard where reasonably possible.
This website has been built using Wix, and some accessibility features may depend on Wix templates, apps, plugins and third-party tools.
What we are doing to improve accessibility
We are working to improve accessibility by:
-
using clear headings and page structure;
-
checking colour contrast where possible;
-
avoiding unnecessary jargon;
-
keeping important information in text rather than only in images;
-
adding alternative text to meaningful images where possible;
-
reviewing pages for spelling, clarity and readability;
-
making forms as simple as possible;
-
offering alternative ways to contact us.
Known limitations
We are still reviewing the website and some parts may not yet be fully accessible.
Possible limitations may include:
-
some images may need improved alternative text;
-
some documents or downloads may not yet be fully accessible;
-
some Wix-generated elements may not work perfectly with all assistive technologies;
-
some older blog posts or pages may need formatting improvements.
We will continue improving the site over time.
Reporting accessibility problems
If you find any accessibility problems on this website, please let us know.
When contacting us, it is helpful if you can tell us:
-
the page you were using;
-
what the problem was;
-
what device or browser you were using;
-
what would make the information easier for you to access.
